When the foundation is complete, we continue building your home using a fireproof, waterproof, mold & mildew proof and antibacterial proof SIP panel with an R 35 insulation factor. With those type of panels, you will save a lot of time in the construction of your home, plus a much lower cost for the materials. Once the foundation and walls are in place, we will seal it with a SIP panel roof that has an R 50 rating and has the same characteristics as the wall panels.
